It is a brown and olive green note that is dated 1981, bear the signatures of J. Laya and Ferdinand Marcos, and measures 160 x 66 mm. Its obverse side features Apolinario Mabini, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal, and the overprint reading 'ANG BAGONG LIPUNAN' and 'PANGULO NG PILIPINAS FERDINAND E. MARCOS.' Its reverse side shows the Barasoain Roman Catholic church in Malolos City, Bulacan. Security features include a segmented solid security thread and a watermark of Apolinario Mabini.
