The Philippines 10 Piso Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines between 1985 and 1994. The banknote has a color combination of brown and red. Its obverse side honors the “Brain of the Revolution” and the first Prime Minister of the Philippines, Apolinario Mabini, and his El Verdadero Decalogo, which became part of the first Philippine Constitution in Malolos. Its reverse side shows the Barasoain Church in Bulacan. Security features include a segmented solid security thread and a watermark of Apolinario Mabini.
