This uncirculated 1,000 Philippine piso note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines between 1991 and 1994. It is a blue, green, and purple note that bear the signatures of Fidel Valdez Ramos and Jose Lampe Cuisa, and measures 160 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side features the BSP seal, the eternal flame found at the Heroes’ Cemetery in Taguig City, and the portraits of Jose Abad Santos, Josefa Llanes Escoda, and Vicente Lim. Its reverse side shows the Banaue rice terraces, a langgal hut, and two men paddling a canoe. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of Santos, Escoda, and Lim. The note was demonetized in 2017.
