Its obverse side features the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal, a fountain, a gavel, Sergio Osmeña, and a red '1672 St. Pedro Calungsod Canonization 2012 LIFE THAT IS OFFERED FAITH THAT IS PROCLAIMED' overprint. Its reverse side shows the National Museum building. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of Sergio Osmeña. The note was demonetized in 2017 and has stains.
