This is the knapsack or field pack as issued to the Polish People's Army during the Cold War period. It is rather more difficult to come by than the smaller Polish musette or bread bag. It can be worn on its own, or fitted to the Polish combat y-strap. Condition is very good used, with a soldier's name marked inside the flap. Overall dimensions are approximately 20 x 30 x 36 cm.
