I am a RN and I checked knowing how important it is that the alarm is working 100%.It was checked several times in the last week and it works 100%.Alarm is loud and the device can be worn secure with the Velcro provided.You can custom fit the alarm band with the Velcro. In addition, having variable tones to choose from lets you select a tone that is unique from the other alarms in your facility. The Personal Alarm features two mounting options. It may be applied to a wheelchair, geri-chair or bed frame with its saddle mount; or it may be applied directly to a surface such as a nightstand, headboard, or toilet with the adhesive hook and loop attach- ment.
