I was told when I bought this it was a Charatans Make reject. I believe it because the nomenclature on the country looks the same, and the mortise and tenon are similar to other Charatans that have. I totally refinished the stummel and used army tan color dye. The stem soaked in a bath of Lbepen solution to remove oxidation and add protective properties. The I waxed up the whole deal!
