Check the listing for details. Rare 1914 Seattle Fair Tilikum Potlatch Bug Enamel Pin. Condition: Used. Listed at 300.00 USD. Exceptionally rare, 5/8" tall brass and enamel booster's badge for the 1914 Seattle fair called the Tilikum Potlatch, as marked on the back. I believe the first of these fairs was in 1911. The riots during the 1913 Potlatch led to the 1914 Potlatch being less well-attended, and these 1914 souvenirs are very difficult to find. The event ended with the First World War, and would not be resumed until 1934. The peculiar white and red enameled face on the front of the badge is the mascot of the event, drawn from a fanciful interpretation of a totem pole creature and christened the Potlatch Bug.
