These rare Mexican Siesta ceramic bookends are a unique and artistic addition to any bookshelf or collection. They measure 6.5 x 4 x 3 inches. Each has intricate details eg) the man has designs on his shirt and the bottom of his pants, and is wearing a kerchief and boots; the woman has designs on her flowing skirt and braids down her back. There is a barely noticeable, tiny chip on the front of the woman's sombrero and crazing on both bookends. Otherwise in very nice condition. Bottoms could use a cleaning. Stamped JAPAN.
