Flanagan. H212 Hqrs. Det. Engrs. 16th". Complete and in nice condition. Complete with original drawstring. Also has matching thick leather tag attached with identification stamped in large letters into it: "FLANAGAN, CO A, 16 ENGRS, G.F." This piece could obviously tell some stories!!
