The listing is for both of these programmers. I tried putting a battery in both of these and nothing appears on the LCD screen. It’s possible that the LCD screen only turns on when it’s plugged into a device but I can’t test that. I had a different style Titan programmer that turned on when a battery was installed but this is a different model and appears to be an add on to the original model I had but I honestly don’t know more than this. They were owned by a former Titan employee. Kept in dry storage without batteries installed. Beyond that I don’t really know anything else.
