(Please see photos) Measurements: The approximate measurements are shown in the photos. 11 1/2" x 2 x 3/4" Condition: This is in good condition. There are some stains, scuffs and scratches in the brass metal. The individual circles each move by putting point of a pen in and rotating to the right. The back metal has a bit of oxidation.
