If your Warthog Stick is "bricked" and Windows can't recognize the device, you need a replacement PCB or to have our PCB repaired. (However, please test your wiring going from PCB up through DIN connector to the handle before purchasing!) If needed this repair features a new CPU which will make it perform at least as long as a new unit from TM. New this typically costs $75 USD+ from Thrustmaster after shipping and VAT charges. Repair service details/steps: You purchase the service on eBay.I send you the shipping address of my lab to send the PCB to. (these 2 steps are per strict eBay policy) You ship the PCB to me in Ottawa Canada at your own cost. Tracked mail is best. I don't care how it gets here, as long as it does without duties/brokerage. To that end please don't use couriers like UPS as they inherently charge brokerage and auto charge taxes. Symptoms which usually require PCB replacement/repair (provided you checked the wiring): 1. When you plug in the stick to a USB port nothing happens.2. You can not enter Bulk mode (normally done to flash the stick). 3. After manually entering Bulk mode you are unable to flash the stick as you get an error during flashing. 4. The device is not recognized in Windows Device Manager (red X), popup when plugging in. Simple replacement which requires unscrewing base (4 screws), the board (2 screws), and the ground (1 screw). Requires you de-solder or cut the thin ground wire right at the board. (you will see which one when you try to remove it) Also detaching/reattaching 2 connectors. 1 Year warranty on serviced PCB.
