Dacor does not make sensors- they buy them from a vendor, put them in their packaging and hike up the price for their newly created OEM part. The picture is typical- some sensors you get may look slightly different, but that makes no difference as to how it works. Samsung bought out Dacor, so the current part# is DE81-03937A. I include heat shrink tubing to cover your splices. All you need to do is place a piece on a wire, strip it back, then twist your wires together about 1/2" and then use a lighter to shrink the tubing tight to the splice. Plastic wire connectors can easily melt from the oven heat, so I do not use them on sensor splices. You can splice your connection however you want in any case. The heat shrink makes it very easy to feed your wires back into place when installing this sensor. You choose how this ships. Shipping calculates properly no matter how many you buy.
