Check the listing for details. Ribbon Cable Crimp Tool for IDC, Centronics, DB - WITH ADAPTERS and INSTRUCTIONS. Condition: New. Listed at 49.00 USD. Crimp tool plus adapters for the following connectors:IDC 2.54mm pitchIDC 2.00mm pitchCENTRONICS 50 pin and 36 pin (no 24 pin, optionally you can trim my adapter to fit)DB9-DB25 It may be possible to fit larger sizes, but I have not tested this. The plate and stamp of this tool are approximately 56mm/2.2in. long, and my adapters are pretty close to that. * I could not find a tool that let me do 2.0mm pitch connectors, so I made one. I took one of these generic tools and made an adapter for 2mm pin-pitch connectors. I then said, "why not make adapters for all the ribbon crimp connectors?" Here they are in one kit. * All the information you need is here. Please consider buying from me, as I have spent the time to collect and share this info with you:) Detail:All these crimp tools are pretty much the same. I order these from overseas, and get them in varying conditions. Cheap manufacturing being what it is, sometimes they are a bit crooked/slanted (I discovered this after ruining 4 IDC connectors). Because of this, I made a jig to measure alignment of these tools, and I straighten them if needed before selling them. Roll the dice on getting a bent tool, or order a guaranteed straight one from me :) Some sellers indicate this tool can do Centronics and DB connectors, but I question the validity that as different adapters are required. The included one seems to be the right size for male DB connectors and IDC 2.54mm only. I have not seen other adapters anywhere, so in this kit all adapters are included! No seller provides more information than you will see here. The included instructions for all these crimpers are ridiculous. I made a set of instructions and included them in the images for this item (sorry for the watermark, but certain people will steal my work). I also made a video on YouTube (link below). Short of spending hundreds for an industrial crimper, I would think this your best bet. Regardless, you should always order more connectors than you plan to use, just in case one or two messes up. I'm sure people will ask for me to sell just the adapters. Apologies, but I cannot do this as it would not make it worth the effort. Please consider supporting the guy who went to this effort with the purchase of this entire tool :) Shipping and returns (USA only):This item is over a pound, so it goes out priority mail. It costs more, but you get it in 3-4 days, and it is automatically insured. I accept 30 day returns if this tool does not work out for you. If you live outside the USA, the package goes out eBay International Delivery. Sorry, it is not practical for me to offer returns on buyers outside the USA.
