It removes scratches left in shaping a cab by the hard grinding wheels and the 600 Nova wheel. It is 6" x 1 1/2" with an arbor size of 1". Plastic bushing for any arbor size available, see my listings. This wheel is brand new, never used, fresh from the factory, MADE IN USA.
