Condition as shown. I did a dunk test with this lighter filled with fuel and didn't see any bubbles but idk when the seals were last addressed. At some point this lighter got dropped and lightly dinged where the fuel door is so the edge has some marring. Main issue at present is the clutch is not engaging enough with the ratchet at present to engage the fli t wheel whe. The spring is in there alone or a flint is present. Lighter needs a little work to get going. Thanks for looking.
