From England I have found this wonderful Round topped Solid Wood chest with carvings and brass mechanism for placing a lock. The chest is solid and nearly 4" in depth; 5.5" in height and approx. 8" in length. It is in excellent condition. Please look at the photos. There is no makers identification on the box. The carving is very nicely done. The lid is hinged and has a lock hinge ready for a separate lock placement. I have not seen many chests like this one drew my interest in the first place.
