This PAIR of rubber bumpers will actually cushion the trunk/rumble lid on your steel 1932 Ford roadster or 5 window coupe. (not yet sure on the 3W coupe) Unlike the "stock" style bumpers, (only 3/8" tall)these bumpers are taller (13/16" total) and therefore actually work! Great to cushion the trunk lid when you close it. (or drop it by accident) These bumpers are 1" in diameter. Stainless mounting hardware included! These cost a little more than the stock bumpers, but they actually work, rather than just sitting there in the corner of your body opening, letting your trunk lid bang on the body. How do I know this? I used these on my "Spirit of '47" United Pacific steel 5W coupe! (as shown) when the stock style bumpers didn't work. They will NOT snap, or push into the stock steel body hole as they are flat on the bottom. They will need to be hand centered and then gently tightened up with the stainless steel (no rust) 6-32 machine screws, stainless steel 6-32 nylon insert locknuts, and the stainless steel fender washers ALL included!
