This is not a complete roof vent. This is a replacement top only .This lid slides on to the existing metal hinge. This is a replacement lid for ventline roof vents. Replace that broken vent lid without having to replace entire roof vent. Multiple lids may go ups (zone 5 and higher will go UPS) due to the US mail new size based price structure.
