No. 28-246 circa early 80’s sells as seen. The packaging is in decent shape and the kit has most of the board features intact. The original light is missing and some of the original wires have been corroded over time. The instruction manual is in good condition but it is unknown if the solar energy cells still function. The kit requires maintenance and restoration however I don’t see any other listings similar to this item. This is great for 80’s enthusiasts, science kit builders and Radio Shack/Tandy collectors.
