Creates a vacuum but it is very weak.A couple of the screws on the cover are missing their anchors and appear to be hanging out of their holes. The doors on cart will not stay closed. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit. We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
