There are several fascinating aspects to this issue including the use of "dual" Microprinting---in BOTH Banknote Corporation of America and Ashton Potter locations. More interesting is than this is that the stamps are made of some type of coated plastic (vinyl?). For more details about the strip, see the description in the scan above.
