Check the listing for details. Shutter Stays Early Wrought Iron Moravian 1800. Color: Black. Listed at 64.95 USD. Rare pair of shutter stays that are wrought iron and probably made by the Moravians these came off a house built in 1803. They mount on the front of a wooden window sill and hold your shutters in the open position. The mounting plate for the front of the window sill measures 5-1/4" x 2-1/4" high with the arm being 11 inches long (for a large window). They are spring loaded so to close your shutter you must pull down the arm to close them. Mounting is very similar to the illustrated picture. Please take a look at my other hardware items in my store, thank you.
