Here is a 4x14 brass Slingerland snare drum, I decided to wrap in Blue-White Pearl, to match my kit. The wrap in no way affects the sound of the drum, and can be easily removed if desired. I gave it a better snare butt, new snare wires, and Aquarian heads. The Zoomatic strainer has been updated by the manufacturer. This comes from the Music-Yo period of the early 2000s. It is a versatile drum and can fit right into most groups, loud or soft. It has never left my house on a gig.
