Practice Circuit Board Soldering Kit - Runway Lights This is a board I designed for soldering practice. There are 47 parts to be placed on the board. 13 resistors, 2 capacitors, 20 LEDs, 10 diodes, 1 555 timer chip, and 1 CD4017 decade counter/divider chip. A reference is on the back of the board to help with identifying the parts. Once power is applied to the power pads (5 to 12 volts dc provided by you), 2 rows of LEDs will cascade up from near the bottom in a fashion resembling a set of runway lights. If you are new to soldering, I highly recommend watching some videos on the web. This helped me tremendously with learning different techniques. Contact me if you have questions or run into trouble.
