Not a lot of crashes or major casting damage as you often see on these. Typical lash in screw for age. Missing the graduated dial but has an aluminum spacer there instead as shown. This will fit the Workshop 9" lathes Models A,B,C that were made from the mid 40s on. Not sure about older machines.
