The SP was in competition with the Santa Fe for control of the WP and the determination of the winning purchaser was to be soon decided by the ICC. This was SP's promotional piece to the public as why it should be awarded the purchase. Brochure includes: a description of 10 benefits of their purchase; a map highlighting their routing advantages; a repudiation of the "Monopoly Fallacy"; and answers to key questions.
