This is a mechanical thrower crafted on a chest high stand made from heavy duty steel with a braced bottom bracket. It was custom made by a Wichita aerospace company (one of one) as the milled aluminum base plate and pivot mechanism shows. It comes with a pallet sized wooden base secured with the bolts pictured. It is too heavy to ship (46 pounds w/o the plate) so it is local delivery only. Since it is mechanical, it could be bolted to a cement base and left outside; perhaps with a cover. Included are two cases of blue rock targets and I can let you shoot some as a demonstration given my rural Kansas location.
