Check the listing for details. SR DuoTrack Suspension Bicycle Fork for 20" Wheel 1" Threaded Steerer Used. Condition: Used, Made in Japan. Listed at 39.99 USD. For a 20" wheel size bike. It had a 20 X 2.125 wheel in it but you could use a 20 X 1.75 as well. Basically it is made for a standard BMX size rim which uses the ERTRO 406 mm rim. It has studs and a brake bridge for a cantilever style brake but a V-Brake could be used as well.
