It is a green and brown note that measures 122 mm x 60 mm. Its obverse side depicts a sculpture of a lion holding a whip in Yapahuwa. Its reverse side is vertically oriented and shows a painted stork, the Presidential Secretariat building in Colombo, and flowers.
