It's all stainless steel, of welded and brazed construction, with a brushed finish, and the ends of the arms are rounded. The gauge is larger than the standard wire construction found in use at big box stores and supermarkets. Instead of a wire loop for retaining the bag supply, this unit has a brazed-on ball. The base comes with mounting bolts brazed on, nuts included. Except for the display item, the units are in the original shrink wrap, with closed-cell foam protecting the base bolts.
