We live in Florida. Our stairlift quit working. We tried calling the company who installed it & they wouldn't return our call. We called the manufacturer & they kept giving us suggestions over the phone which resulted in us permanently damaging our lift. Bought a used unit & traveled over 400 miles to get it because it had enough track. Our daughter & Rey figured out how to do video chat over their cells. He assisted us over a couple of Saturdays and now we have a working lift again. I can never thank Rey enough for his assistance & kindness. He is truly one of a kind. The local company & manufacturer could use a big dose of his professionalism. Thank you again from our family. Cindy R. My mom's chairlift broke. I called all over CT and no one would help me on a Saturday or they were closed - they claimed if they didn't install it they couldn't repair it. Thank God for Mr. Solano. I looked him up on Google and he was open 24/7. I called him at 9:15pm and he answered. I told him the problem, he asked me the problem with my chairlift and I explained it to him, and he told me exactly what was wrong with it. Step by step he walked me through how to repair the chairlift. If it wasn't for him, my mom and I would of had to sleep on couch and she would not be able to take a shower as everything was upstairs, and my mom can't do any stairs she is handicapped. I just want to thank him publicly and tell the world how grateful I am that Mr. Solano took the time to help me thank u so much #god is good all the time!!! Lisa H. R. I live in Waterloo Illinois down by St Louis Missouri. I had a problem with my Dad's Acorn Superglide 120 stair lift because a screw was on the track and it stopped half way up the steps. I lost power but I was able to remove the screw and put in new batteries because the old ones were shot. I checked the fuse but still no power so I called the Acorn company to inquire about it. I told them what the problem was and their tech told me the problem was a second fuse. I asked them where the fuse was and they told me that they could not disclose that information but they could make a service call and charge my dad $254 to come out to my dad's house. I looked it up on the internet and I could not find anything that would mention a second fuse. I found Mr. Solano on the internet, and he told me where & how to replace the second fuse. He took the time to explain to me how to fix the stair lift, he was very polite and very helpful so I would like to give Mr. Solano from Solano Mobility and Accessibility tm a 5-star rating for knowing his stuff and for being kind enough to help me through this. I saved my dad a lot of money - he is on a fixed income and now I can feel safe that he can go upstairs on his stair lift and not worry about him falling down the stairs big kudos to you Mr. Solano. God bless !!!
