I've done projects all over the world including the USA, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Sweden, Hungary, Russia, and South Korea for big name companies like GM, Ford, Chrysler, VW, Rolls-Royce, Saab, GAZ, Johnson Controls, and LG Electronics. I designed these covers using the latest 3D modeling software. And to make sure they fit perfect, I had the stake pocket holes laser scanned to create a perfect model of the hole. I made dozens of prototypes on a 3D printer and tested them. These are NOT 3D PRINTED parts. They are plastic injection molded right here in Indiana. We have found a couple of trucks that have over size stake pocket holes. So, make sure the stake pocket holes are clean and dry before you install the covers. You shouldn't need to, but if you want, you can apply silicone to the holes before the covers are installed just to make sure they don't back out. That way they can still be removed later if you wish. (This also makes them more difficult to steal.)
