Check the listing for details. Stamp Vault POWERFUL Canada Collection - 330+ ALL DIFFERENT PRE 1960 - CV $$$. Listed at 125.40 USD. Shipping Changes Effective February 2022 Please note that Canada Post is now sending back any international lettermail (including US) that has hard cardboard stiffeners and stating it must be sent by packet post. This is why some items may have a noticeably higher shipping cost than what would be expected. Items that are still sent through lettermail may have less stiffener material than previously used. This also means that should a lettermail rate item end up being rejected, I will either have to cancel the transaction and refund the purchase or you may choose to pay the difference for shipping costs (either Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel) if you still want the item. This also means that a customs form is required for anything sent via packet/parcel and you may end up paying additional fees on your end when receiving the item. Please also assume that regardless of what shipping method is shown/charged (i.e. lettermail), particularly for higher priced items, I may ship by packet/parcel mail anyway (in those instances where I am opting to cover the additional shipping charges) and this may also result in customs/sales/VAT/other taxes on your end. Unfortunately, this issue with lettermail is outside of the control of sellers (or eBay) as it is per UPU guidelines. It does not apply to shipments inside of Canada. I do consistently try to maintain the lowest possible prices for items but please feel free to make an offer on anything listed. Offers on multiple items are always appreciated and preferred and when able, I will do my best to make a deal happen! I offer combined shipping discounts when able and refund any difference in shipping costs paid. Thank you for your understanding. Happy Collecting! The picture is from the actual lot you will receive! All of my bulk lots are completely unchecked for errors, postmarks, etc. See my feedback as this has clearly led to some pleasant surprises for buyers! I counted 336 after removing any with obviously noticeable faults from the front side. With any larger lot like this, it is possible I miscounted by one or two, a few faults may have slipped through, and a very rare duplicate may be found (some may appear as duplicates at first but may be a variation such as a coil or a shade difference with a different catalog number). This is only stated more as a disclaimer and would be the exception rather than the norm!! These are very good quality used (or at least no gum) stamps and were removed one by one from a stock book to ensure they were different and in good shape for you to add to your collection. These span from the 5 cent Beaver through to around 1960. The catalog value of this lot is extremely high as there are many key values and this would fill most album holes for this era. **** **** **** **** **** Overseas parcels (non-lettermail) will only be sent by Tracked Packet (only for items under $100 and where this option is available) or Xpresspost International. Please note that this can be expensive for parcels!! For local pick-up in Winnipeg, MB, please contact me for accepted payment methods. Please request a shipping quote before bidding. Feedback will be left once the item(s) arrive and the transaction is satisfactory and complete. Please contact me if you have any concerns! Due to issues with "Mail Forwarding" services, I will not ship to these unless you agree to pay the additional cost for tracking. Without this, the transaction will be canceled.Buyers are responsible for all VAT and duty/customs charges. As required by law, I mark "Sale" on any parcel shipments. Please do not ask for exceptions and do not bid or purchase if this is not acceptable to you. Thank you!
