A simple portable tool to preload the axle of a quick release hub so that the hub bearing adjustment will compensate for the axle compression that results from the tension of the quick release skewer when the hub is locked into the frame. Takes a 17mm cone wrench to hold the axle and then use whatever cone wrench on the other side to make the final adjustment.
