TACOPS -4 Medical Bag was the standard-issue medical bag for Special Forces 18Ds until it was replaced by the TACOPS M-9. Multiple built in pouches for supplies. A removable Airway/Instrument Panel has elastic loops and two mesh pockets on one side while the reverse side has a large pocket w/ clear vinyl. The TACOPS -4 can be carried as a patrol backpack, as a waist pack, or by it's handles as a duffel bag. It can also be affixed directly to an ALICE pack or MOLLE rucksack.
