Being a small startup, they licensed their games to established companies, mainly Taito and Data East, for distribution. This adapter works with many pre-JAMMA Technos games. Some exceptions exist. Technos delevoped games that were licensed to other distributors, use the licensor's hardware and pinout. Karate Champ for example, while developed by Technos, was licensed to Data East and uses the Data East pinout.
