Been sitting in storage in a climate controlled cabinet for 10 yrs. I don’t have any real way to test it. It powers up. The knobs seem to work. I hooked a low voltage frequency and voltage simulator to it (shown in pics, not included). It shows movement and readings on the screen. X-y adjustment and focus work as expected. As well as voltage and div scaling. (Side note: the display images look weird and I consistent in the photos, my phone camera was not fast enough to capture the image trace accurately. Rest assured the green trace in normal consistent on the machine. )
