Check the listing for details. Ten Dollar Ink Smear error Note. Listed at 19.99 USD. This 2017A series 10. bill has a clean small ink smear on it`s face. Hard to see in the photo`s but it is the ink from the torch ( which is a slightly different shade from the seal right next to it), that seems to have smeared. As always if anyone is unsatisfied with any purchase I give full refunds minus shipping. The note is in overall good shape with some folds but no rips and full corners. I dare to say that there may be a front to back transfer as well but it is so faint I`m not listing it as such. Free shipping with tracking included.
