The enclosure has a few scratches, but overall it is in pretty good condition. The unit can be powered by an ac adapter or internal 9-volt battery. I don't know if the unit works or not. It came from an estate sale. I installed a 9-volt battery and I did see meter deflection. No ac adapter is included with the wattmeter. The unit measures HF & UHF / VHF bands. I'm selling it as not working or for parts since I don't actually know if it works. Shipping is Free!
