This is a pretty cool looking piece and looks to be a fun one as well when working. This may be user error but listing as for parts in care of user error and me having no clue what to do, but likely need some fixing. Played around with it and speaker work for sure, but I did need to move some buttons around and hold down the play button partially for it to play if that makes sense. I’m guessing the belts need to be changed, but beyond that no clue. It’s a neat piece and will do my best to answer any questions. For now listing as for parts only!!!
