Titanium UDL-30 is a highly engineered coated woven synthetic material that offers a reliable secondary layer of protection under all types of primary sloped roofing material. Unlike felt, its recyclable, 100% synthetic, polyolefin construction does not expand or contract therefore is 100% inert to mold growth. UDL30 lays flat, will not wrinkle, and you can leave your roof uncovered without the need for tarps or immediate dry-in. Unlike felts, UDL30 does not dry out, leach oils in the heat, nor does it become stiff (making it difficult to roll), or crack in the cold. UDL30 is designed for use under; Asphalt Shingles, Synthetic Shingles, Metal roofing, Tiles, Slate and Cedar Shakes. Before installation, be sure the deck surface is free of debris and dry. Titanium UDL30 must be covered by primary roofing within 180 days of application. This product is not recommended for slopes less than 2:12. The use of a roofing hammer, hatchet hammer, pneumatic air or gas driven fastener tool is acceptable. A straight edge cutting knife is also recommended.
