This is a used Topcon 9254 System 4 Control Panel for use in Machine Control applications. These are normally attached to machinery to work with external equipment. Components are in good condition with scuffs, scratches and wear on them from normal field use and storage.The locking knob on the bottom of the unit has one wing cracked off, not a big deal as the other three can be used to properly tighten the unit to a mount.The unit was very stained/dirty when I received it, I cleaned it up as best I could. I don't have a full system to test with, although unit is sold in working condition as long as it is not opened or tampered with. Switches and knobs are physically functional.I power-tested it with a DC power supply, the unit beeps & turns on and the display reads "Err" as I don't have it connected to a sonic-tracker or junction box.
