It is in very good to excellent condition having been minimally used on the back of my mountain bike. I eventually put a full rack on after getting a different bike. Includes the original shims (one pair is mounted) and all the other doodads. Does not have the original rubber bungee cord that was not particularly useful anyway. It’s an awkward size to ship, so please check the shipping cost before buying. Thanks!
