Marked with the Towle trademark stamp and "Normandy, Patented, Filled Base, Sterling, 523". The Towle Silversmiths of Newburyport MA were established in 1882 and continue to be a major high quality silver producer today. Measures 5 3/4" high with a 6" diameter top and a 3 3/4" diameter base. Weighs 245 grams. This nice compote is in very good to excellent Estate condition and reflecting only minor signs of normal wear in the center of compote.
