I did an overnight charge of the unit, and the battery was at 100%. I let it sit for a few days, and the battery was down to 92%. I did turn it on outside, and it picked up a number of satellites. I was able to turn my phone into a mobile hotspot, and connect to that network. When I first turned on the unit, it was password protected from the previous owner. I had to perform a factory reset to be able to get in. I don't know what data or applications were lost when I did this, but you will receive the unit like it came out of the factory. As shown in the photos, this unit looks like it has seen very little use. The case still has the paper tag attached. The manual is a printout I did from a pdf file I found online.
