One is black, and the other is either brown or faded. The black one has a masonite frame that is cracked and pushed in about 1/8" midway at the narrowest part that you can notice in the main picture. The brown/faded one has a plywood frame and that's in very good shape. Both badges are in very good condition. The cloth on both is in good shape too with no tears. Measure approx. 9-3/8" x 19-1/2".
