They have some oxidation and rust in spots but they are solid and heavy duty handles that are ready to use. Each one measures 4 1/2 X 4 inches. There are no screws included. The last photo shows all of them in a bin but you are only buying two handles. The ones you receive will be in similar condition but not the ones shown as we'll take the top 2 from the bin.
