The meter has movement if you wiggle it a little so it's not stuck Frozen and I don't know if it measures volts or amps but it would be easy to connect a low voltage with a resistor in series and see what this unit does as an indicator for your next science fiction movie From my dad's vast Arcamex Avionics collection
